1. Introduction

Lumamotion ("we," "our," or "us") provides AI-powered content-generation tools, which may allow you to submit text prompts, upload materials, select styles or settings, and create AI-generated content (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when you use the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. Where required by law, we will request your consent before processing or transmitting your content to an AI service provider.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Content You Submit and Generate

When you use the Services, we may process:

• Text prompts, instructions, and selected generation settings;
• Images, videos, audio, or other files you choose to upload, where supported;
• AI-generated images, videos, audio, text, or other output;
• Drafts, temporary files, and failed-generation files; and
• Technical identifiers and processing records needed to deliver a result and diagnose errors.

We use this content to provide the generation feature you request, perform safety and abuse checks, troubleshoot failures, protect the Services, and comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your uploaded content. We do not use your private prompts, uploads, or generated content for targeted advertising. We do not use your private content to train general-purpose AI models unless we separately ask for and receive your clear consent.

2.2 Device and Usage Data

We may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, such as device type, operating-system version, app version, language, IP address and approximate region, installation identifiers where permitted, crash logs, network status, feature interactions, request timestamps, processing status, and error events.

We use this information to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the Services and to prevent fraud or abuse.

2.3 Analytics and Purchases

We may use analytics and crash-reporting providers to understand feature use and app stability. Where reasonably possible, we aggregate, de-identify, or minimize this data.

If the Services offer subscriptions, credits, or other purchases, we may receive subscription status, transaction identifiers, renewal or expiration status, and entitlement information from the relevant app marketplace or payment provider. We do not collect or store your full payment-card number.

2.4 Support Requests

If you contact us, we may collect your email address, the contents of your message, and any files or screenshots you choose to provide, as needed to respond to your request.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Process and return AI-generated content requested by you;
• Store, display, or enable you to download or share results, where available;
• Operate subscriptions, credits, and entitlements, where offered;
• Apply content-safety, anti-fraud, anti-spam, and abuse-prevention measures;
• Maintain security, diagnose technical issues, and improve reliability;
• Respond to support, deletion, and privacy requests; and
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our policies.

4. How We Share Information

We share only the information reasonably necessary with:

• AI and cloud service providers, which may process prompts, uploads, settings, and technical request data solely to generate requested output, conduct safety checks, and operate the Services;
• Hosting, storage, security, analytics, crash-reporting, support, and subscription-verification providers acting on our behalf;
• App marketplaces and payment providers, which process purchases and manage renewals under their own privacy policies; and
• Legal, safety, and transaction recipients, where disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or others, investigate abuse, defend legal claims, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset sale.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, uploads, prompts, or generated content to advertisers or data brokers.

5. Retention and International Transfers

We retain content and related records only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, resolve technical issues or disputes, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and enforce our policies. Temporary generation files are generally deleted after processing or within a limited period, unless longer retention is necessary for these purposes.

Deleted data may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or logs until overwritten under normal retention cycles. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network transmission, access controls, limited retention, and service-provider controls. No electronic system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Privacy Rights and Deletion

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority.

You may request deletion of your account or associated personal information through available in-app controls or by emailing Justjunk052@gmail.com. We may verify your request and retain limited information where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal claims. Deleting the app from your device does not itself delete data held by us or our providers.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age required in a user’s jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. 9. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Services, law, or our practices. We will post the updated policy and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
